As a passionate mediator, talent and organizational developer, trainer, and coach, it is my mission to support individuals and businesses in unlocking their full potential and achieving success. 

With my extensive experience in talent development and my in-depth knowledge of organizational structures and processes, I am able to develop customized solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of my clients. My approach is based on a holistic view of personal and organizational development. I believe that the success of a company is closely linked to the well-being and development of its talents. Therefore, I place great importance on creating a positive work environment where talents can thrive and reach their full potential. 


As an employee and leader in the field of Learning & Development, I have had the privilege of successfully supporting several organizations and talents, including Gebr. Heinemann SE & Co. KG, SmileDirectClub, and SoSafe GmbH.

I bring extensive experience in building L&D departments from the ground up. The complexity of projects is something I embrace as a welcome challenge, one that I plan, organize, and execute with great success. 

My deep understanding of the various aspects of the L&D field enables me to develop tailored strategies and programs that meet the specific needs of each company. I believe that every organization is unique, and therefore, I approach each project with a customized approach. By closely collaborating with stakeholders and conducting thorough needs assessments, I ensure that the solutions I develop align with the company's goals and objectives.


With my extensive international experience as a trainer, I have sharpened my intercultural sensitivity and internalized the importance of diversity and inclusion in a globalized work environment. I am capable of effectively collaborating with teams from different countries and cultures, taking into account their individual needs.

As professionals in the field of personnel and organizational development, it is often our responsibility to focus on the growth and development of others. We invest a lot of time and energy in fostering employee development and creating a positive learning culture within the company. However, sometimes we forget about ourselves. Yet, it is evident that it is equally important to continue developing ourselves and strengthening our own skills. Only when both our hearts and minds are engaged can we unleash our full potential and help others succeed on their journey.

As a successfully trained mediator, I guide a structured process for conflict resolution. I assist in communicating interests and needs, clarifying misunderstandings, and collaboratively seeking a solution that is acceptable to all parties (What is Mediation?).

Additionally, I am currently undergoing coach training. This training expands my toolkit as a talent developer and enables me to offer individual support, helping people achieve their personal goals. By continuously educating myself and strengthening my own skills, I can not only help others but also increase my own professional satisfaction. When I am addressed holistically, I am motivated and inspired to bring out the best in myself and support others in doing the same.
